While capturing this sound, I placed the left microphone under a shrub facing the road. The right microphone was close to the railroad tracks, held approximately three feet from the ground.

In order to obtain these sounds, I placed the microphones inside of cracks found between the rocks located at the bank of the river. The microphones were separated by about two feet of space.

To get these sounds, I held the microphones approximately two feet apart. The low humming in the background is from a train in the distance.

The train station is located all along Pearl St. I placed the right microphone inside of a hollow of a tree. The left microphone was placed inside of tall brush.
